All products listed on our platform are described and priced to the best of our accuracy. However, prices may change without prior notice, and in the event of any typographical or pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order. Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment. We accept multiple payment options including UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. Door & Shop may cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or policy violations.

We aim to deliver products within the estimated timelines, but occasional delays may occur due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be mentioned at checkout. Once delivered, the risk of loss or damage of the product passes to the customer.

Returns are accepted only in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or not as described. Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery, and refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after inspection and approval.

By using our website, you agree not to misuse our platform for unlawful or fraudulent activities. Any attempt to provide false information or engage in abusive behavior may result in account suspension. All logos, images, product descriptions, and content on the website are the property of Door & Shop and cannot be copied or reproduced without prior written consent.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Product warranties, if applicable, are provided by the manufacturer unless otherwise mentioned.
