Return Policy

At Door & Shop, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy makes it simple and hassle-free.

We accept returns only in cases where the product delivered is defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered. To be eligible for a return, you must raise a request within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.

Once your return request is approved, our team will arrange for a pickup (where available) or guide you through the return process. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days. The refund will be credited back to your original mode of payment.

Please note that returns are not applicable for items that are:

  • Used, altered, or damaged due to customer handling

  • Without original packaging or invoice

  • Marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase (e.g., personal care, hygiene, or clearance items)
